Shipping

All orders ship from New York via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on total package weight and displayed at checkout before payment.

Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days. First Class Mail deliveries usually arrive within 3–5 business days. Priority Mail deliveries usually arrive within 1–3 business days.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

To initiate a return, email us at shop@axonsynergy.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request a photo of any damage.

Refunds are processed through PayPal to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item or approving the claim.

We do not accept returns on items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the buyer. The lock pick training set must be returned in its original case with all pieces included.

Sales Tax

New York State sales tax of 8.375% is applied to all orders. This rate includes New York State tax (4%) and Westchester County local tax (4.375%).

The lock pick training set is sold exclusively for educational purposes, legitimate locksmith training, and authorized use. By purchasing this product, you confirm that you will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession and use of lock picking tools. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify the legality of possession in their jurisdiction.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit order quantities.

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store or have access to your payment card information.
